This policy explains how PROTECH ROBUST SL processes the personal data of visitors to protech-robust.com, people who request quotations, and contact persons at customers, suppliers and partners, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD) and Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).

PROTECH ROBUST SL is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer; any questions can be sent to the email address above.
2. Data we process
- Contact data: name, company, job title, email, phone number, country.
- Request data: part numbers, quantities, delivery country, messages, photos or documents you send us.
- Commercial and billing data: company tax details, delivery addresses, order and payment history.
- Export compliance data: end-user details, destination and end use of products, end-user certificates.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and data collected through cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not ask for special categories of personal data. Please do not send them to us.

Fields marked as required in our forms are necessary to process your request; if you do not provide them, we cannot respond. We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling with legal effects.
4. Retention periods
- Quotation requests that do not lead to an order: up to 24 months from the last contact, so we can handle related enquiries.
- Customers and suppliers: for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for the statutory periods (6 years under Art. 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code; 4 years under tax law; periods applicable to export documentation).
- Marketing communications: until you withdraw consent or object.
- Cookies: as stated in the Cookie Policy.
After these periods, data are blocked for the limitation period of any possible liabilities and then deleted.
5. Recipients
We do not sell personal data. The following may access it, to the extent necessary:
- Service providers (processors): web hosting (Hostinger International Ltd.), email and office tools (Hostinger International Ltd.), accounting and tax advisers, IT maintenance, payment and bookkeeping software. All have signed agreements under Art. 28 GDPR.
- Manufacturers and suppliers from whom we purchase products, where needed to confirm the part number, availability or end-user certificate.
- Carriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers to deliver orders.
- Banks and payment providers to handle payments.
- The PROTECH ROBUST SL representative office in Kyrgyzstan and local distributors, where your request concerns a project or delivery in Central Asia.
- Public authorities, customs authorities and courts where required by law.
6. International transfers
Because we supply customers worldwide, some data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (for example, to carriers, customs brokers, our representative office or local distributors in the destination country). Such transfers take place where necessary for pre-contractual steps or for performing the contract you requested (Art. 49(1)(b) and (c) GDPR), or on the basis of European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses (Arts. 45 and 46 GDPR). 7. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw any consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To do so, write to info@protech-robust.com or to our postal address, stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. We will reply within one month.
If you believe that the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence in the EU.
8. Children
This website is intended for businesses and professionals and not for children under 14. We do not knowingly process children’s data.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the website.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The current version, with its update date, is always published on this page.
